The Resilience Development Institute (RDI) currently has four centres and seven research clusters. Baresi Training Centre (BTC) is developed with a focus on providing training based on RDI’s multitude of knowledge, experience and expertise. This unit will work alongside RDI clusters and centres which are developed in four different key areas which are sustainable energy development for all, community-driven resilience development, environmental risk management, social inclusion and development strategy.

We offer services that cover regional, context-specific and locally-based training. These training services aim to drive the qualifications, especially for early career researchers and young professionals in sustainable development and resilience. The BTC works towards achieving this through various training both for internal and external purposes in collaboration with governments, development partners, NGOs, and professional associations.
