Wildan is a graduate of Institut Teknologi Bandung with a Master's degree in Development Studies and an academic background in Urban and Regional Planning, with strong interests in social policy, adaptive social protection, and community development. Wildan has hands-on experience supporting research and development projects through qualitative data collection and field-based coordination, and has been involved in stakeholder engagement and collaborative activities. Currently, Wildan serves as a Research Officer in the Children, Social Welfare, and Health Cluster at the Resilience Development Initiative. Driven by a passion for research and evidence-based policymaking, Wildan aspires to contribute to initiatives that promote inclusive and sustainable social development.
