Shafitry Dirgandhiny or known as Shafit is Training Development Officer at RDI. Shafit graduated from Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia with a Social Studies Education Bachelor’s Degree. Before joining RDI, Shafit worked as teacher, also Shafit is Jabar Innovation Fellowship Awardee and worked as Project Development at West Java Social Departement for maintained rebranding of product and management reorganization Batik Griya Harapan Difabel was created by people with disabilities. Shafit has several experiences in volunteering programs, such as joined as advocacy and human resource at ASEAN Youth Organization Environment and as Project Leader at Our Home Indonesia which participated in teaching street children every Saturday.
