Risye Dwiyani is a researcher at the Resilience Development Initiative and established the research group together with the other senior researchers. She is a volunteer researcher from BDSG, an RDI partner organization. Risye achieved her risk communication and disaster risk management degree at Kyoto University in 2010. Risye is now working as a consultant on community empowerment and participatory planning in urban areas. All of her volunteering and professional work are related to social inclusion and resiliency.
