Eri currently working as a Program Manager at Resilience Development Initiative (RDI), a think-tank institute based in Bandung, Indonesia. Eri has a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Institut Teknologi Bandung. Eri has several experiences in the field of Regional and Rural Planning, Economic and Community Resilience, Disaster Management, Climate Change Adaptation, and Climate Displacement.
