Background:
Oxfam is promoting civil society participation in key public policy dialogues to enhance the governance of SDGs in Indonesia. They have established partnerships with CSOs and Women’s Rights Organizations at national and local levels to achieve this objective. Oxfam is collaborating with local partners to promote civil society and women’s participation in SDGs implementation in three disadvantaged districts. Their active participation in public policy processes and dialogue can lead to inclusive and effective policies and development programs if they are well-equipped with adequate capacity.

Aims and Objectives:
To develop an annual plan that demonstrates how the project can be accelerated by increasing spending, both at the national and local levels, in order to meet agreed targets in the remaining timeframe before project completion (14-15 months).

Scopes:
The evaluation consists of the following main activities:
1. Desk review;
2. Data collection
3. Data analysis and verification;
4. Findings and planning workshop; and
5. Preparation of final report.
