Background:
Oxfam is an international non-governmental organization working towards a world without poverty. They have a project called Empower Youth for Work (EYW) in Indonesia, funded by the IKEA Foundation. The project aims to reduce poverty in rural coastal areas by empowering youth, especially young women, to secure viable employment and entrepreneurship opportunities. Oxfam is seeking highly qualified consultants to update the current context and get more detailed information on targeted locations and beneficiaries. Government and companies will be engaged and made accountable for increased gender-sensitive and youth-friendly policies.

Aims and Objectives:
To assess, collect, analyze, and document the detailed region’s context of the project locations, the current condition of youth, youth groups, their communities, and existing support system which could enable them to be empowered through project intervention.

Mix approaches of quantitative and qualitative analyses
Data collection :
– desk review,
– focus group discussions,
– key informant interviews and
