Project Background:
In the 2020-2024 National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN), the policy direction and strategy include addressing vulnerable groups. As an extension of the regular social protection concept in relation to Adaptive Social Protection, the Ministry of Social Affairs has implemented adaptive disaster social assistance programs such as Adaptive Food Assistance and Adaptive Family Hope Program (PKH Adaptif).

Aims and Objectives:
The consultancy aims to see the entire process of implementing the distribution of social assistance in the regions during normal conditions and in times of shocks.
