Yohana Theresia has completed her studies in International Relations from Brawijaya University. During her studies, she focused on International Security and Peace issues, but still intersected with economic and development issues. For a year, Yohana was an active research assistant on social development issues, such as gender, human rights, and the environment. During her studies, she also contributed to organizations engaged in Research and Development and Public Relations. She has also participated in an internship at a government agency that encourages activities in collaboration with various stakeholders. These experiences have strengthened my project management, partnership, research, and communication skills needed as an Outreach Officer. In this position, my role is to manage internal and external communications, including managing partnerships, representing RDI in targeted events, maintaining existing relationships, and developing and expanding RDI’s network.
