Vidya is a program specialist responsible for high-quality implementation, monitoring, and impact measurement of RDI’s thematic programs. Her educational background includes a Bachelor’s in urban and regional planning, an MSc in construction management, and a PhD in civil engineering. She previously served in various roles such as assistant manager in Agung Podomoro Group, Local Pathway Fellow in UN SDSN Youth, and smart city researcher at the Research Center of Smart Construction in NCU Taiwan. Her interests and expertise include sustainability, land economics, real estate development, and project management.
