Ericka Mega (Ericka) is an Academic and Grant Officer at Resilience Development Initiative (RDI) since May 2024. She has graduated with distinction from Universitas Gadjah Mada, majoring in International Relations. She is keenly interested in international political economy and development issues. While attending classes during her college years, she participated in national and international writing competitions, as well as in several organizations and events. Prior to joining RDI, she was an Administration and Finance Intern at Institute of International Studies, honing her grant writing and project budgeting skills. Additionally, she gained valuable experiences as a teaching assistant for the International Undergraduate Program (IUP) class at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada.
