I have over 20 years of experience in social policy, where I have developed extensive knowledge, insights, and expertise to promote the social inclusion of various at-risk population groups. My work has focused on ensuring that children, people with disabilities, economically vulnerable workers, and the elderly—particularly women and girls—are included in key sectors such as education, poverty reduction, social protection (including social assistance, social security, and cash transfers), pensions, health, economic empowerment, employment, and disaster and climate resilience through targeted social policy interventions.
From 2012 to 2023, I served three different Vice Presidents of Indonesia through my work with the National Team for Poverty Reduction Acceleration (TNP2K) under the Office of the Vice President. In this role, I supported high-level cross-collaboration between ministries within the Government of Indonesia and various non-governmental stakeholders, including donors, development agencies, UN bodies, academic think tanks, NGOs, labor unions, and media outlets.
Through evidence-based policy recommendations, I have advocated for reforms aimed at expanding access to and quality of basic services, facilities, and sustainable livelihoods and resilience of economically at-risk populations.
