Dr. Adi Papa Pandarangga is a qualified scholar with a Doctoral degree in Civil Engineering from Diponegoro University, graduating with a Cum Laude predicate. He currently serves as the Head of Economics and Natural Resources at the Regional Development Planning Board (Bappeda) in the Government of East Sumba Regency, Indonesia. His work is mostly related to construction management, the construction supply chain, and Sumba-based projects. In 2019, he was awarded the 1st champion at the Scientific Work of the National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas) in the category of Sustainable Development with the title “Gender and Energy Integration Model Village in Lukuwingir Village.”

In addition to taking on a role as a Government Employee, he is also part of the Resilience Development Initiative as a Senior Fellow Researcher and a lecturer at Wira Wacana Christian University.
