The primary focus of the Smart System Center (SSC) revolves around collecting, managing, analyzing, and visualizing spatial data to support all research clusters within RDI. With a diverse range of research areas, the center offers ample opportunities to enhance understanding in fields such as resilience, disaster risk management, and urban development.
Additionally, the SSC fosters collaborations among researchers and stakeholders across various institutions and disciplines. It not only pertains to GIS technology and urban development but also encompasses social and economic aspects.
Acting as a hub, the SSC facilitates the connection between experts, serving as a meeting point for GIS technology enthusiasts and professionals, aimed at developing effective applications of GIS technology for decision-making processes.
